We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Sadie Walton to our Board of Trustees. A seasoned professional with 20 years of experience in the global coffee industry, Sadie brings a unique blend of logistical expertise and a deep-rooted love for East Africa to our team.

A new semester has seen clean hands! We have now completed a WASH station and pupils have had training on how to wash their hands. This will help sanitation and provide valuable drinking water during many days of hot weather in the dry season.

Great news: we have now built a new school which is fit for purpose for 227 pupils at Gendit School. However, sadly, and through no fault of their own, there are some children who are in danger of dropping out of school because their families are so desperately poor.

In Ethiopia, pupils returned to school in November. Pupils are wearing masks and class sizes have been reduced where possible.
